very soft. the fabric is amazing better than what I expected I definitely recommend.
The skirt is super nice quality and I like the fabric used. I was worried I got a size too small but thankfully it fit and the fabric is stretchy in case it didn’t. It has a nice weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap.
