We offer 30 days return/exchange policy for non-damaged items.
In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Incorrect order:
If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for a replacement. We will refund the only product payment for a refund request.
- Unwanted item:
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
To remind that, we have size charts available for each product on our website. Please kindly refer to the size chart before picking a size. Some of our items tend to run smaller than usual. We recommend to compare the size measurements with a piece of garment you already own that fits to your liking. If you need help in choosing the best size for you, you can email us at email@example.com and we will happily assist you.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED GOODS:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date of your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. We only send refunds for items that are damaged due to our error; (1) You received a damaged item. (2) We sent you a different size from your original order. If any of these reasons apply, please kindly email us clear photos showing details of the damage/s and the entire product. Once your photos are received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your photos. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not require customers to return damaged goods.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds are not granted if you reported an issue more than 30 days after delivery date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time (normally within 3-21 days) before your refund is officially posted.
We replace items upon customer's request if they received their order/s defective or damaged due to our error.
We do not require customers to return damaged goods. If you want a replacement for damaged order/s, please kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach clear photos showing details of the damage/s and the entire product. Once your photos are received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your photos. We will then arrange to send the replacement an email you a new tracking number.

For orders with multiple items, please be informed that we tend to ship your orders in separate packages as some of our items come from different dispatch areas. You will receive an email notification indicating which item/s from your order/s have shipped. If you there is a missing item from orders that were sent in one package, please take a clear photo of the shipping label that shows your name, contents of the package and weight of the package. Please also take clear photos of the item/s you only received. Kindly email photos to email@example.com. Once your photos are received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your photos and the next procedures.
